2020 Best Ball Late Round Targets: WR Red-Zone Weapons
Mike Williams (ADP 118)
Williams wasn’t at his best last season, but neither was the Chargers offense. The team used Williams as a red-zone weapon in 2018 where he scored ten TDs. In 2019 the offense stalled, and the team used Williams as a downfield receiver- scoring only twice. The likelihood is the team are likely to find a middle ground in his performances. That will mean more TDs as well as a steady amount of receiving yards.
Alshon Jeffery (ADP 171)
The Philadelphia Eagles might have added receivers in the trade, but Jeffery is still the lead receiver for the team. Jeffery still has big games too, the issue is that he has missed time in recent seasons, which has surpressed his ADP. However, there will be times where he is a week winner- so pick him up if you can.
2020 Best Ball Late Round Targets: WR Other Upside Adds
Marvin Jones (ADP 108)
Marvin Jones might not be the lead receiver anymore, with the emergence of Kenny Golladay, but he still gets a big part of the offense in Detroit. In the past few seasons, however, he has continued in having multiple weeks of big-games. Those peaks in production are perfect for best ball.
Mecole Hardman (ADP 130)
Hardman is a prime example of a best-ball target. He has the ability to score from anywhere on the field, and is a cheap way to get exposure to the potent offense in Kansas City.
Anthony Miller (ADP 151)
Miller was wildly inconsistent last season, as he struggled for targets in the offense. However, during the offseason his path to success has been improved with the departure of Taylor Gabriel. Combined with an upgrade at quarterback, Miller could have more top tier performances this season.
