Stacking For Success

Stacking For Success KFS Michael Thomas 2019 Top 24 WR's 1-12

Stacking for success is trying to double up your points. What I mean by that is selecting players that can score you multiple points on one play. For example, if you have Patrick Mahomes and Tyreek Hill in your lineup, they could combine for a 50-yard touchdown pass.

In that case you would score;

  • 50 yards passing
  • A passing touchdown
  • Reception (if you are playing any PPR leagues)
  • 50 yards receiving
  • A receiving touchdown

So in one flick of the wrist, you’d grab a multitude of points. The risk of it is clear too, if an offense struggles then you suffer in two roster spots.

However, despite that, it’s well worth considering. So to help you understand some options, I’ve put together some options for you for each team. To explain the rationale:

  • All teams are listed
  • Only the WR and TE positions are considered
  • A late-round player needs to have an ADP in the double-digit rounds, and be before the 15th round (typical roster size of leagues)

So what do you think? Are you going to be stacking for success in your drafts? Let us know! You can find us on TwitterFacebook, or Instagram. You can find our other strategy articles here.
