Well we are getting into the middle of the 2023 season with the bye weeks to consider, so time to finetune your roster with our Week 11 Waiver Wire pickups. In this article, we’ll explore the top priority waiver wire additions and some key pickups for various positions.
Whether you need a wide receiver, tight end, running back, or quarterback, there are players available to bolster your fantasy roster. Let’s take a look at some of the recent players increasing in value.
Rules for Selection & Order Priority
For a player to be considered to be added, they have to:
- Have an rostered % of 50% or under on ESPN
- Players below are listed by their roster %, not priority. Know your league settings. If there is a high-priority add, you’ll know.
Jordan Love (GB) 45.5% rostered
Love has maintained consistency as the QB13 on the season, offering reliable performances behind center for the Packers. Despite occasional interceptions, Love has favorable matchups ahead against the Chargers and Detroit. For fantasy managers in need of a streaming option, Love is a solid choice.
Joshua Dobbs (MIN) 38.5% rostered
Joshua Dobbs continues to impress with his fantasy upside, particularly through his rushing ability. As the QB7 on the season, Dobbs’ agility and reliability make him an attractive option. With promising matchups against Denver and Chicago, and the return of Justin Jefferson, Dobbs could continue his successful season.
Antonio Gibson (WAS) 43.6% rostered
Gibson has shown RB3/flex appeal over the past few weeks, with increased involvement in the passing game. He remains a strong candidate for flex positions in fantasy rosters.
Zach Charbonnet (SEA) 31.4% rostered
Charbonnet, a valuable handcuff, could provide significant value as the season progresses. If the Seahawks continue to rely on their running backs and Kenneth Walker gets banged up, Charbonnet may see an even larger volume of touches.
Keaton Mitchell (BAL) 23.3% rostered
The rookie Keaton Mitchell has consistently delivered impressive fantasy performances despite limited touches. As the priority waiver add at running back, Mitchell’s success in Baltimore could continue.
Rico Dowdle (DAL) 3.7% rostered
Heading toward the playoffs, handcuffs become crucial in fantasy football. Rico Dowdle found the end zone in Week 10 and displayed his potential by rushing for 79 yards on 6.59 yards per carry. Holding onto Dowdle in anticipation of potential opportunities is a wise move if you have a roster spot.
Ty Chandler (MIN) 2.7% rostered
Chandler scored a touchdown in Week 10, and with Alexander Mattison nursing an injury, Chandler could be in line for a substantial workload against the Denver Broncos’ run defense.
Others to Consider
- Ezekiel Elliott (NE) 36.2% rostered
- Tyjae Spears (TEN) 32.6% rostered
- Roschon Johnson (CHI) 30.6% rostered
Demario Douglas (NE) 27.1% rostered
Rookie Demario Douglas has emerged as a significant piece in the Patriots’ offense. With increased targets, Douglas becomes a reliable option as a flex or low-end WR3 as long as the Patriots quarterbacks can piece together a complete game.
Noah Brown (HOU) 25.0% rostered
Brown has demonstrated his potential with two consecutive weeks of impressive performances, racking up 6+ targets and 150+ yards. Brown’s upcoming matchups against Arizona and Jacksonville make him a viable starting option for fantasy managers.
Kyle Phillips (TEN) 0.3% rostered
With Will Levis under center and Treylon Burks sidelined, Kyle Phillips has garnered 5 targets in two consecutive games. While he provides a safe floor, his ceiling remains uncharted. Phillips is particularly appealing in PPR leagues due to limited touchdown opportunities in the Tennessee offense.
Others to Consider
- Odell Beckham Jr. (BAL) 42.7% rostered
- Elijah Moore (CLE) 36.1% rostered
- Quentin Johnston (LAC) 33.3% rostered
Trey McBride (ARI) 49.7% rostered
McBride’s breakout continues with Zach Ertz on injured reserve. While tight end can be a tricky position in fantasy, McBride, with Kyler Murray back at quarterback, provides a safe weekly floor and is likely already rostered in most leagues.
Luke Musgrave (GB) 17.0% rostered
Musgrave has shown significant promise at the tight end position. As a streaming option with general upside, his upcoming matchups against the Chargers and Detroit present favorable opportunities for tight ends.
Others to Consider
- Hunter Henry (NE) 5.1% rostered
- Michael Mayer (LV) 3.3% rostered
