The 2020 playoffs are here, and we continue with our DraftKings Showdown coverage with Indianapolis @Buffalo. After 3 long years in the league, Josh Allen has finally lead the Buffalo Bills to the AFC Regular Season title. They will look to continue their momentum and roll pass the No. 7 AFC seed Indianapolis Colts. This will be the first time in 24 years the Bills will host a playoff game. Indianapolis will be without tackle Anthony Castonzo, a key component to creating gaps for their run game. Vegas currently set the O/U to 50 and have the Bills winning by a touchdown. If Allen can continue his precision accurate passing and improvisation in the pocket, the Bills should easily win this game by more than a touchdown.

DraftKings Showdown: Indianapolis@ Buffalo Captain Picks:
Josh Allen ($19,200 Capt/ $12,800 Flex)
Buffalo’s pass catchers have a juicy matchup against the Colts, and instead of mulling over which one to put in the CPT spot you can easily go with Allen. The young QB has destroyed opposing defensives with his arm and legs. Over the past four weeks, he has been averaged 2.75 explosive passing plays and 4.5 rushing attempts a game. Although he is the most expensive player on the slate he is worth ever penny in the captain spot. No one else in this game has a floor or a ceiling that can compete with Josh Allen’s. Buffalo’s rushing attack is led by Zac Moss but will be a non-factor in this game. It seems no matter the game script, Josh Allen will have the balls in his hands.
Jonathan Taylor ($16,500 Capt/ $11,000 Flex)
The Indianapolis Colts started the season with a running back committee consisting of Jonathan Taylor, Jordan Wilkins, and Nyheim Hines. However, by season end it’s clear Taylor is the clear No.1 option for this team. He currently leads the team in market share rushing attempts at 72%. This is a favorable matchup for the rookie as the Bills have given up the second-most fantasy points to opposing running backs. He is also responsible for 27.6% of his team’s offensive production. It will be important for the Colts to keep the ball out of Allen’s hands so expect Taylor to run down the clock. Castonzo’s injury could have a negative effect on the offensive line’s cohesion and communication. As a result, Taylor is more of a GPP play.
Isaiah McKenzie ($4,500 Capt/ $3,000 Flex)
Matt Eberflus, the Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator, emphasizes preventing big plays and keeping the ball in front of them. This will negatively effect deep ADOT threats like John Brown and Gabriel Davis. McKenzie has been averaging 42.4% of his target depth within 0-9 yards and will be needed if Cole Beasley sits due to a knee injury. Also the salary savings allow you to jam a few studs. I like McKenzie at the CPT as a GPP salary saver.
DraftKings Showdown: Indianapolis @ Buffalo Flex:
Stefon Diggs ($11,800 Flex)
Diggs is the most expensive wideout of the slate and can easily pay of his salary with his insane usage. For the season he has seen a lot of opportunities will have unreal amount of opportunities to pay off his salary, especially if Beasley sits. As mentioned before the Colts emphasize stopping the deep ball. This shouldn’t effect Diggs too much as his averages 50.3% of his target depth from 0-9 yards. For the season he has seen a lot of opportunities 10.3 targets per game
Nyheim Hines ($6,400 Flex)
He has been a crucial piece of the short yard passing game. At the moment he carries a team target share of 14% It is very likely the Colts fall behind early in this game and they will need Hines catching ability to the ball down the field. He grades out as the best PT/$ running back in this game at 1.75.
Jack Doyle ($2,600 Flex)
If the Colts find themselves coming from behind they will need to score touchdowns quickly. Doyle carries the highest red zone targets per game over the last four weeks. Also the Bills have given up a ton of fantasy points to the TE position. Doyle grades out to be a good low owned GPP play.
Showdown Stuffers:
T.Y. Hilton ($8,000 Flex)
His target share has increased tremendously over the past 3 weeks. T.Y. also has averaged an average depth of target 12.35!!! Rivers has definitely developed chemistry throughout the season and may need to lean on it if they go down by a lot early on.
Gabriel Davis ($4,800 Flex)
If Diggs and Beasley miss the game, Davis will be asked have more responsibility in the offense. I like his price and he correlates with Josh Allen in the captain spot.
