The Giants find themselves in an interesting space as they seem to have unlocked their quarterback of the future in Danny Dimes. But all together their team was inconsistent on both sides of the ball last season, namely lacking any sort of pass catchers on offense. They’ve made some key additions this offseason that will hopefully put them over the edge. But the NFC East looks to be a loaded division this year.

Draft Recap

The Giants made a pointed effort to improve their offense this season, including in the draft. In the second round, they looked to bolster their offensive line and backfill some departures with the Minnesota Center, John Michael Schmitz. In the third, they addressed the dire need for pass catchers with the speedster wide receiver Jalin Hyatt out of Tennessee. In the fifth, they took a flier on standout Oklahoma running back Eric Gray.
