Josh Allen v TEN (£6,800)
Allen still hasn’t thrown an interception this season, and now has an alpha receiver in Amari Cooper joining him in Buffalo. Cooper is an elite talent, and gives Allen a primary target. With his rushing (and redzone) upside, nice piece against this Titans defense.
Tyler Huntley @IND (£4,400)
Huntley feels like he is like that kebab shop at the end of a Friday night, it might not be a good idea, but it’s very tempting. Huntley is the starter for the Miami offense, and has shown that he can run an offense. With a week to study during the bye week, he faces a very weak Colts secondary. Saves a lot to use elsewhere, and you can pair him nicely with Tyreek Hill too.
Also consider Jalen Hurts @NYG (£6,400), Anthony Richardson v MIA (£5,600) & Matthew Stafford v LV (£4,600)
Kyren Williams v LV (£7,200)
In a week where there are plenty of pay down options, Williams is a nice spend up play. The Rams offense has been flowing through Williams, and has scored a TD in every game this season. There should be plenty of opportunity for Williams to score against this struggling Raiders roster. Has the potential to be the highest scoring RB on the slate.
Brian Robinson Jr. v CAR (£5,800)
Robinson missed last week, but was able to get in a limited session earlier this week, which is a positive sign. With his role in this offense, he should see plenty of volume in this matchup- giving him plenty of scoring opportunity. Just keep a track of the injury reports to check his status. If Robinson were to miss, Austin Ekeler (£4,800) is a fine pivot.
Nick Chubb v CIN (£2,200)
Well, this will be chalky as anything if Chubb is able to play. Min-priced and in a matchup where you can run on the defense, Chubb could have a big game. The big question marks will be how Chubb is able to play in his first game back from his injury, and how this Browns offense is going to play without Amari Cooper. There is a strong thought about pivoting away, as he is going to be a popular play, but you need at least one lineup with him.
Also consider Joe Mixon @GB (£6,800), Tony Pollard @BUF (£5,600) & Ray Davis v TEN (£2,200) CHECK INJURY REPORTS
Justin Jefferson v DET (£6,600)
Jefferson has been great (yet again) this season. The only time this season he didn’t get into the endzone was in London, where he caught six passes for 92 yards. The Lions secondary has struggled to stop production through the air, and Sam Darnold should have slightly more time in the pocket with the Lions pass rush losing Aidan Hutchinson.
Diontae Johnson @WAS (£5,400)
Since Andy Dalton took charge of this offense, Johnson has been what was hoped of him- hyper targetted receiver on an offense that is going to need to pass it often. The Washington secondary has been getting lit up all season, Johnson is a decent mid-priced receiver this week.
Tyreek Hill @IND (£5,000)
This is a pick that has some risk associated with it, but you can’t just discount it. The Dolphins receiver is one of the best in the league, and is capable of blowing up the slate. The issue for him is the QB play. But, with a week where Huntley has been given the opportunity to study, and a matchup against a struggling Colts secondary, this price is hard to pass with the potential to boom here.
Jerry Jeudy/ Elijah Moore v CIN (£3,400/ £2,200)
The Browns letting Amari Cooper leave has freed up a chunk of targets. So, even on a stalling offense like the Browns, both of these receivers are going to see a bump in targets. The Bengals secondary aren’t the greatest in the league either, giving up an average of 32.8 points to the position this season.
Also consider DK Metcalf @ATL (£5,400), Amari Cooper v TEN (£5,200), Tank Dell @GB (£5,000) & Juju Smith-Schuster @SF (£3,800)
George Kittle v KC (£5,200)
Kittle is expensive, but this slate allows you a few spend up spots. The Chiefs are the worst at defending the TE position this season, giving up big games to a number of players this season (including that big Week 2 game for Mike Gesicki). Kittle has been finding the endzone plenty to start the season too, scoring in each game with the exception of the opening week.
Brock Bowers @LAR (£4,200)
The trade of Davante Adams leaves Bowers as the sole (pretty much) target in this Raiders offense. Regardless of who is throwing the ball, they are going to be looking at the rookie to make plays. In his last two games, he has totalled 17 receptions for 168 yards and a single TD. The Rams have allowed an average of 14.9 points to the position this year.
Jonnu Smith @IND (£2,200)
My pay-down option this week is Jonnu Smith. Signed this offseason to be a reliable target for the Dolphins, has struggled to get reliable opportunity. But, coming off the back of a bye week, with a QB that is used to looking to a big-bodied TE he is an interesting selection.
Also consider David Njoku v CIN (£3,600), Sam LaPorta @MIN (£3,400) & Zach Ertz v CAR (£2,600)
