Week 2 brought alot of injuries so lets try and forget it and move on, here are our Week 3 IDP waiver wire adds! You should be making weekly waiver wire moves on offense as well as IDP. Don’t sit on someone with a big name for more than a few weeks if they are massively underperforming. IDP waiver wire is crucial to you solidifying your playoff push!
Bringing you my top waiver wire adds of the week. All of these players are owned in less than 25% of leagues.
IDP Week 3 Waiver Wire: Linebackers
Micah Kiser LAR @BUF
Amazing stat line 2 weeks in a row week 11 solos and 5 assisted tackles. Also 1 TFL 1 sack and 1 FF. He’s getting 100% of the snaps and is the anchor of the Rams defense
Eric Kendricks MIN v TEN
Not sure how much more I can mention his name and the percentages not rise but this week he only had 11 solo, 1 assisted tack and 1 TFL. Kendricks is playing 100% of the snaps, if he’s available get him on your team.
Myles Jack JAX v MIA
Myles Jack proves again that he is the man! 6 solo, 5 assisted tackles and 1 PD. I’m not sure how jack is not rostered in more leagues. He is playing 100% of the snaps pick him up!
De’Condre Campbell ARI vs DET
Campbell has been lighting it up for the Cardinals on defense. he had a very nice week racking up 8 solo, 2 assisted tackles, 2 TFL, 2 PD. He is averaging 99% snap counts through the first 2 games someone that you can add and start!
Jon Bostic WAS @CLE
Washington has a front 7 that is a force to be reckoned with. Bostic is the man in the middle! He is playing 100% of snaps and put up a very nice stat line for the 2nd week in a row. 5 solo, 3 assisted tackles, 1 TFL, 1 sack. I mentioned him last week and needs to be added in more leagues!
Joe Thomas DAL v SEA
Thomas is taking over Leighton Vander Esch’s position. In week to he put up 7 solo, 3 assisted tackles and 1 TFL. Thomas played 100% of snaps in week 2. Vander Esch fractured his collarbone and will be missing a significant amount of time.
Neville Hewitt NYJ @IND
Matchup is nice enough to pick up Hewitt and play for him. He notched 6 solo tackles in week 2. Hewitt is averaging 97.5% of snaps. Jets defense will be on the field a lot and Hewitt pretty much never leaves the field. Grab him in deeper leagues.
IDP Week 3 Waiver Wire: Defense Line
Tyson Alualu PIT v HOU
Had a nice stat line and all the Pit front 7 are worth playing depending on what size league you play in. Alualu notched 3 solo, 2 assisted tackles, 1 TFL, 1 sack, 1 PD. I think you can pick up and start vs Houston’s mediocre line.
Sheldon Richardson CLE v WAS
Had a great game in week 2. 4 solo, 2 assisted, 2 TFL, 1 sack. Richardson is going up against Washington who had given up a lot of sacks to Haskins.
Arik Armstead NYG v SF
NY has given up a bunch of sacks so with the injuries on SF defense I think they draw up more blitz packages that should help Armstead. Week 2 his stat line was 1 solo, 2 assisted, 1 TFL, 1 sack, 1 PD.
IDP Week 3 Waiver Wire: Safeties
Justin Simmons DEN v TB
Simmons should be owned in more leagues. Nice stat line last week. 7 solo, 1 assisted, 1 TFL, 2 pd, 1 INT. Going up against TB this week should be a good game and a worth while add.
Justin Reid HOU @PIT
Grab him after his great week 2. 8 solo, 2 assisted, 1 TFL. If you don’t get him someone else win
LJarius Sneed KC @BAL
Decent stat line vs the Chargers and should involved vs the Ravens
IDP Week 3 Waiver Wire: Cornerbacks
Brian Poole NYJ @IND
Somehow Poole is available after last week. Get him! Last week 8 solos, 1 assisted, 1 assisted, 1 TFL, 1 Sack, 1 pd
James Bradberry NYG v SF
A play-make that need to be roster. Has a decent matchup against the injured 49ers. Last week Bradberry had 4 solo, 4 pd, 1 int
