Colby Parkinson Signs With Dolphins - Fantasy Impact

Parkinson is set to stay in the division after leaving the Seahawks, signing for the Rams on a three-year deal.

With the Seahawks, Parkinson found it hard to be involved in an offense that focuses it’s targets heavily through Metcalf and Lockett, when Jaxon Smith-Njiba started feeling confident on the offense there was nearly nothing left to go around. The Rams clearly liked what they saw, as they don’t have a huge amount of cap space to play with.

If Tyler Higbee continues to struggle with injury, as he did last year, Parkinson could be the starter by the time Higbee returns. Playing in a position that doesn’t have a lot of options, Parkinson could be a nice late-round selection in leagues with the potential to be a breakout TE option.
