Grab a cauliflower, cut it up into florets and put in the oven. Once it is cooked simply toss in the hot sauce. We used ranch sauce to dip it in, but you could use any dip. If you don't like spicy food, then experiment with the amount of hot sauce you add. Recipe is taken from https://www.closetcooking.com/buffalo-roasted-cauliflower/
Toss the cauliflower florets in the oil, salt and pepper, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven until lightly golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
Toss cauliflower in the hot sauce and enjoy warm with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping and celery sticks on the side.
